Didn't get and email or a phone call from a player either,  however I got an email on Aug 5th saying "Thank you for submitting a ticket request for a 2013 USF Bulls away game during the upcoming football season.  This email stands as a notification that your request(s) has been approved.  Seat locations for all away games will be assigned at a later date and tickets will be mailed approximately 2-3 weeks prior to each away game.  Total charges for your away game ticket order will be applied to the credit card used during the request process'. 

 

So looks like I got my Away games approved.  No word on my season tickets though.

I emailed my rep and this was my response. Guess I need to donate more next year. 

"You’re actually in our third round of season tickets to be printed and shipped so you tickets will be mailed out next week. "
