FIRST we have to get them to go to the games. THEN we can worry about what they wear!

 

EDIT: To show our Tampa/Cuban culture, we could all wear green guayaberas. :iconic_u_black:

students actually do a pretty good job of showing up to the games.  (obviously when you go 3-8 it isn't going to be gangbusters)

Would be hard to get 12k kids to wear a shirt like that, especially girls who want to look "cute" at games. Which I support.

 

This is why this will never work. Chicks don't want to wear a plain, car shop, short sleeve, button down shirt. It would be impossible to talk my gf into wearing that shirt. Just wear green.

All students (and all fans, for that matter) need to wear green to every game unless we announce some other color.

 

I suppose I could get behind this blue-colored work shirt - for one pre-announced game a year. But not on a regular basis.

 

Our stadium needs to be a sea of green.

Maybe it could be our thing, which would be the point of this post. I agree it does need to be green whatever we do.

 

As far as our shirt being mucked up this year and being white... I suggest maybe a green dye tank be set up in the tailgate areas by each gate and giving people a free shirt dunk to correct the situation.

"Green Collar" does not say hard work mentality unless you can start a marketing campaign.

I was thinking yesterday.... the work shirt that CWT is wearing and the players got.... why not have 12,000 of them made up for the student section? Would give them uniformity, sends a message and it's something that would be original to us. I get that CWT hasn't coached one game yet but it's kind of a cool idea IMO. 

Great suggestion, but you will never get everyone on here to agree.
