With increased discipline, success and leadership he then has the opportunity to reward players by making them spokesMEN for the team. It will be one more way to engender disciplined work ethic and good behavior, a lot of which is lacking in college sports right now. I've never been a fan of recorded interviews anyway. Always the same recycled crap. Besides, public speaking is an art, and needs to be learned and practiced before it's done.
