So there's that.

I want to spoil them like we did to WVU in 07. Wreck em, ruin em and lay waste to this whole P5 vs rest of the universe falderall. I want ESPutum to have to explain how their darling boys got trampled. I want to pick Teddy 4 times and wreck his Heisman march. I want to pluck the bloom off of the stripper boat rose. Havent heard much from Clint lately, huh? Edited July 20, 2013 by Bullwinkle

We have a shot at beating the 'Ville...they have their flaws even with Teddy Heisman.

(I CAN'T TAKE ANYMORE BUTT HURT!) Butt hurt is not real; it is a product of the thoughts you create .... butt hurt is a choice. It's hard to argue THIS year that USF is better for him, if he's looking for team success and a platform to the NFL. What we do give is a young coach that can mentor him, and a lock on being not just a starter, but a workhorse putting up big numbers. I realize we're not the SEC, or even the ACC...and we have to live with that disadvantage. That said, hopefully Lville passes (I don't think they're as selective as some would want us to believe), and Dyer quits the search & gets to USF campus to get started on his trek to the NFL, after taking us to a 9 win season. What? You seriously think USF is a better option for him if he wants to go to the NFL than a team that many believe have a legit shot at the NC game? Seriously? We were 81st in rushing offense last year, UL was 99th. I'd bet that we'll be just a little better at carrying the ball this year.

If we get him, our productivity on offense goes up big time. However, he was good at running because he had good blocks that created holes, I hope we have an O-line that can make some things happen this year. Also, good running backs find holes that aren't always the ones that the play was designed for. A RB doesn't get the stats he has from only a good OL. Thought it was 7-10 days? What day are we on now? This kid needs to accept that he screwed up big time and that we are the only BCS program that has said ok. To continue to look elsewhere is not doin him any favors, nobody wants to touch this kid. At this point if he doesn't come here I won't mind as much. I thought he was really eager to play for any school that would accept him and now all the sudden he's trying to shop around. I want kids who want to be here, I'd rather hand off to McCray who's now 220lbs since stepping on campus. Would Dyer be nice? Of course. But we shouldn't be rolling out the red carpet for him. Hem, I want this guy to join our team. I think he will come in and cause problems for other teams because of his knowledge and experience. He could show McCray how to compete and do it. I am looking forward to some smash mouth football with running backs knocking people down.
