Which is great to hear, here's a recent video from his travelling AAU:

Sanders is easily the must exciting player in the state of Florida not named Lebron James. If USF can get him, look out. He isn't a great PG yet, but his potential is off the charts. Nobody in Florida HS can guard this guy 1 on 1 because he is such a good ball handler and freakish athlete for his size. Quick and fast, he just gets to the hole almost at will then can elevate to finish above his man and on the head of a taller defender that gets in his way. Lot of raw material to work with.

Again any guard we recruit, Coach O can honestly say to him that he won't get any better guard development on the D-1 level and play in a better system then here at USF. Basketball is a guard's game and USF is trying to get some good ones to play here.

Gots to call him Pancake!

Cuz he got Buckwheat hair, and he leaves his defenders flat on the floor. Makes 'em look silly.

Looks like they had a group here for an unofficial yesterday. Here's who I've got thus far:

Corey Sanders

Dwanye Bacon

Quinton Forrest

Xeo Golding

Josh Raoul

Not sure about any of these guys (aside from Bacon and Sanders). Maybe Vega can shed some light on these kids.

Needs to work on going to his left.  He did the same crossover everytime to the right.

Add Ruben Guerrero to that list for today

In that short sample of 1 min and a half video, I don't think that is something you can conclude. If it turns out that is indeed an issue, that can be coached. What can't be coached is a quick first step and agility.

Yes the left can be coached. But if you have watched enough or played enough basketball you can tell when someone is uncomfortable with their off hand.  This young man is uncomfortable with his off hand.

Left handed James Young just entered the NBA draft. Everybody and their mother knew he was going left on drives and finishing with the left hand, but he's slated to be picked in the 1st rd.
