he will be in custody soon enough.  if nothing else, you can't destroy your home video system, cell phone, and hire a cleaning crew all within 24 hours of a known associate driving a rental car in your name is found murdered.  

 

 

Sure you can.  In order for it to be obstruction, the police would have to prove the incidents were related.  

 

"We went bowling, I sucked and got really mad and started tearing up my stuff.  I had no idea someone had been murdered."

Keep them coming, USF has had what 7 or more current and former basketball, baseball and football players arrested in the past 3 years?

What does that prove? Seriously? I mean really, where on the UF campus was he killing people? Dunkley was charged for domestic assault with battery. Leather was in possession of a gun while committing a felony. Kibler for armed burglery and improper exhibition of a weapon ON CAMPUS.

 

We know that USF has had student athletes beating women and armed on campus. That is much more directly related to the school than what Hernandez has done years after leaving college.
