As long as he has his driver's license, moped registered, doesn't remove the boot from his car if he doesn't pay a ticket, maintains his grades and works hard on the field I am good.

Everyone knows Kelly doesn't care as long as his team wins games, and if a football player gets in trouble, the school will cover it up.
