USF, FSU in talks for future games

This is being discussed in the realignment thread (along with a lot of other things) but I figured it needed a new thread

FSU's nonconference schedule is full in 2013-14, so the earliest the in-state rivalry could resume would be 2015; USF has two openings on its 2014 schedule, with a single opening in 2015.
