ANALYSIS: Jenkins has drawn zero known interest since free agency opened, but he's one of the better young corners with starting experience left on the market. Oakland has one of the worst cornerback situations in the league. Jenkins, who turned 28 on Friday, would easily be the Raiders' top cover man if signed. ~Reported and Sent from the NEW Rotoworld Fantasy News iPhone and iPad App.

They have 1 professional corner (Wright) and they don't even want him. So that means they have 0 professional corners. Jenkins is a cheap pro corner (less than 2M). Jenkins is instantly better than anyone else on the roster not named Wright, which as you pointed out, they're itching to get rid of him. I still think they will bring in Revis as the Jets get more desperate to trade him closer to draft day, but they need a guy for the other side. Jenkins would do nicely. Lucked out not having to pay him what they signed him for because that was an awful move. Still don't understand what they saw on film to want him in the first place. Cutting Wright would really make some people upset. Namely Drew Brees and Matt Ryan. Jenkins gets back to being healthy he will be a steal. Might just play for a 1 year deal given the market and low salary he'll get otherwise
