Been there since before the 2009-10 season .... http://www.gousfbulls.com/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_LANG=C&DB_OEM_ID=7700&ATCLID=3753115& ... so that hasn't changed .... other assistants haven't changed since last year, either. Three key variables have changed: Now have a great dedicated practice facility, game venues and players. So if you want to keep whining about the same coaching that produced our best hoops season ever, fine, just know you'll look like a **** fool doing it. Not whining about the coaching, per se. Whining about the result it's had on the players. We look slow and lazy. Very little off-the-ball movement. Why? and how to fix it?

I think "very little off-the-ball movement" is an overused misnomer. They're not the most frenetic offense out there but the problem is very little productive off-the-ball movement on a consistent basis. When you see a half like the first one last night, it's pretty obvious they CAN do what it takes with this offense to score but just can't do it regularly enough to put together wins .... You fix it with more consistent players, which includes new ones and current ones getting more experience.

Would they have been appreciably better? Appreciably better than 1 conference win? IMO, absolutely ... equal to last year's record. Probably not ...... Of course, this all just blind ass conjecture.
