I'm still coming to terms with losing a game in which you absolutely killed the opponent in turnovers...

Just look at the 3 point percentage.  Will help you come to grips with the horror story that is USF basaball this season.

The Good,  the defense.  Also  we actually got  to see a fanbase(Seton Halls) who is worse than ours as far as attendance and making noise at the games( there was no body there at the game).(there is no way that 6,000 were there for that game) they really padded their numbers.

The Bad : We really miss the Big's in the Middle, No one can hit a shot to save thier lives, we have an anemic offense at best.  Our fans need to make the dome loud, not sit on their hands all game,(I get that the team plays a boring style and doesnt spark exciment, but still we need to make more noise and show support to the team).

So you admit there is no entertainment value watching HeathBall, yet you want the fans to be up and cheering like we see at other CBB arenas? With the voice of Chris Carter, "C'Mon Man!"

Frankly the only noise the fans need to making is the sound of voicing their displeasure during the game. HeathBall is producing 51pts per game in BE play.  To put that in perspective, USF offensive output in conference play ranks 346th out of the 347 D1 CBB teams. Only Gramblng State(0-16, 0-7 in SWAC) has a worse scoring average then the Bulls. Ofcourse the Tigers are a paid-to-play University that takes on the better programs in the nation.

LOL .... Keep trying to stir up those masses, Vega. I'm sure there are some newbies here that aren't on to your shtick yet. 2 glaring stats tell the tale of this year in conference. We're dead last in fg percentage and dead last in rebounding margin at - 13/game. I don't give a **** what kind of "Ball" you play, it's not going to be exciting with that type execution. The conference is playing out like some thought it probably would, but hoped it wouldn't. We hoped the perimeter play would at least partially make up for the deficiency inside but it hasn't. Maybe Musa and Noriega could have helped in that regard but looks like we may not find out this year.

I mean we had some wide open 3, 15 footers, and layups and bricked them ALL. I don't care what offense you run, if you can't shoot and can't rebound, your doomed.

But we know we can't out-rebound BE teams, they're too big and too tall. So we have to out shoot and create less turnovers.

I've said it before, a bad possession might as well be a turnover. a slow defensive mentality only works if you can capitalize when its "your turn" to score. Since we lower possessions, we have to make the ones we get count.

I didn't watch the game and have been busy lately, but by all accounts and the stats I've seen, it was a bad game to watch.

I'm officially worried we won't make the NIT.
