USF was ranked at number 53 with a value of $101.2. I was shocked to see that we beat out some other football programs with a lot more history and success. As a comparison, UCF is ranked number 65 with a value of $57.0 Perhaps the Gods to be at the ACC or B12 will read this and see how valuable we are I think we beat out everyone else that is currently in the BE, Connecticut was ranked 52 with a value of 101.8. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887324391104578225802183417888.html#project%3DCOUNT010520120105%26articleTabs%3Dinteractive

The chart in the link you provided has us at 53 and UConn at 52. Was there another link somewhere in the article. I don't UCF ranked at all on the chart. It looks like Pittsburgh is number 65, not UCF. According to the article, these rankings are for the 2011-12 season. With that in mind, it wouldn't have taken into account our 3-9 record this year and conference mess, so we probably dropped.

Not all of them in order. Try this one for the interactive chart.

Sad considering how many more of those same programs are in the "in club" when it comes to conference alignment. If USF could get the on field success sustained, it shows you the potential economically this thing could generate as the snapshot on there is about as near the bottom as one could imagine. Florida will be the 3rd most populated state in 2 or 3 years, after California and Texas. USF's brightest days are still to come. More and more alumni combined with growth area in sunny southeast U.S. make USF football a valuable commodity for now and even more so in future years. USF football is something that long term is very valuable.
