These coaches would rather have a better ranked recruiting class than quality commits...sad

Eh?

I figured it out now the third time I read it.  Some coaches want to be ranked high by the recruiting services.

Is he talking about CWT?

I wouldn't think so CWT will take some people no one has ever heard of.

Mike White was essentially a nobody until Taggart got signed and he grabbed him day one. Then his recruiting started to pick up right?

No, his recruiting had already picked up after he took his team to the state title game. That is when Holtz' staff became interested and other schools as well.

Am I the only one who hates 247sports & their "Crystal ball" predictions? Why they can't let us enjoy the moment that WE as players have?

Joey doing good work today...

"According to Jesuit coach Matt Thompson, LB Vincent Jackson has completed his visits. USF and Virginia, which he has visited the last two weekends, appear to be the favorites for the three-star prospect."

If this is true then he is probably coming home. I doubt he will jump to Virginia at such a short notice.. He seems too smart for that. I hope I'm right though.

I would be willing to bet many of the offers that have been discussed here were not "committable," but I gotta give this kid kudos - he has run the hype machine during his recruitment as successfully as anyone in recent memory, almost single-handedly getting people talking about him.  Hope he has the skills to back up the talk.
