He was defending USF. An Arkansas fan was trying to "recruit" him and was putting down USF, saying we were in a weak conference and never produced any good players. Those were his responses to her. She then deleted her original put down tweets.

I don't think he was doing that ... Just showing that good players CAN come from here and that's the most recognizable name at this point in time.

That's just wrong. Shouldn't be allowed to do that. Do the Tweets still show on Jackson's account?

Nope. Only his replies to her show now, her original remarks no longer exist.
