I'm concerned that other teams out of the "big 5" really don't have a reason to schedule us anymore.

They have no choice in bowl or playoff game. That really has to be our goal, anything less we are worthless.

Miami won 5 national championships in what many considered to be the worst conference in college football...

Miami won 3 of their national championships as an Independent ...

That was before they force schools to join a conference.

This is not how this program was suppose to go.

Back to pay check games. Also we're going to be playing homecoming games for schools like Alabama, or should I dare to say Rutgers.Lol!!!

We are going to be treated like a whore at a brothel.

I was referring more to regular season games. Schools don't make the schedules for bowl games, the bowl games pick the teams. There's no reason for a Big 5 to schedule us, it will make more sense for Big 5 teams to schedule other Big 5 teams.

These are our growing pains, and I can't stand the coaching leadership right now, but I sincerely hope we get back to a time when our football team could put a legitimate scare into opponents.

I would agree with you if it weren't for my perception that realignment is moving forward with ever increasing finality. I also perceive that it will be extremely hard for USF to even sniff the talent that we used to have, even back in the end of the Leavitt era/beginning of the Holtz error.

How we are able to grow further as a result of what is happening is up in the air, in my opinion, and will need to be addressed by people who are more experienced and paid far better than I am, because I see a very tough road ahead.
