Doug sitting back waiting to fire Skip only hurts us. The longer we wait the more teams in the mix looking for coaches. Auburn also fired their coach today. The list is getting bigger by the second.

DOUG WAKE THE HE-LL UP and Fire this Peanut Gang already.

But it is tough to fire a guy when you don't know what conference you'll play in and what you're tv money will be.

Skip picked the right year to stink. USF athletics has other, bigger things on its plate.

I hope skip gets this righted because I think he's getting a pardon for this year

Since Skip has all those NC ties maybe NC State takes him off our hands.

If the new coach can't land AW then so be it, a coaching change to right the ship is bigger and more important than one individual recruit.

NC State would benefit from Skip. He has all those Carolina connections or whatever. Maybe we can shop him around.

NCSU perceives themselves as a sleeping football giant ala South Carolina before it hired Spurrier. They think they can consistently win big with the right coach and even win a national championship.

I expect to be dazzled with this hire and to see a COMMITMENT to big time football. . . . They just canned a 7-5 coach with three consecutive bowl appearances

No chance for skip

Time to spend that tv money

He has already been on record as saying he will make no decision until our season is over.

Even if Coach Holtz had already been fired it wouldn't make a difference in our search. How long ago did Kentucky fire Joker Phillips? Pretty sure they do not have a coach.
