I can think of 2.5 million reasons unfortunately

I agree with you. Shouldn't we be getting a buttload of money from the schools that left the Small Least and have to pay the buyout fee?

Not sure when we would see any money there. Plus, we could be on the move as well, which is even more reason to find a better coach.

The buyout would be paid over the remaining length of the contract...ONLY $500K a year....doesnt look nearly as bad
