Regardless of our record, why did everyone think that we'd have many fans going in the first place? The road game most of our fans will go to is Miami.

If memory servers me right, we had a couple of hundred there in 08 and 2010. Granted, that is not Miami numbers, but given we have few alumni in the area, compared to UofL alumni here, I think we do pretty good.

It's been a great road trip so far ... Sampled some of the local fare and drink, checked out Churchill Downs this morning and will hit up Bardstown Rd. bars tonight after the game. The Ville is a great town and the fans have been cool. I'd recommend a road trip here for a game if you have never been.

Once our little boy gets older the Ville will be the first conference roadie me and mrs Bubba Bull will be heading on... up until this point we have only done bowl games.

I would take that trip any day compared to the first time we played up there and got our butts handed to us-- tiny crowd of USF fans during a bad season with a bunch of freshmen starting. The crowd was not pleasant at all -- bunch of students sat in our unsold section and started harassing us. Now I don't know about you but paying good money for that type of treatment is not exactly fun.
