My kids are very very confused.

Of course I remind them to consider how their father must feel....

Agreed. I remember seeing ET's ticker of home wins constantly going up on his signature line at the bottom of his posts. Now he doesn't even have it in his posts. People that want to complain about home attendance need to look at Skippy Kragholtz's home record over his tenure here to see where the precipitous drop in home attendance originated. Pathetic excuse for a Div. 1 football coach....................

Didn't we have one of the longest home win streaks in the nation at one point?

USF won 21 straight at home at one point, the second-longest home winning streak in the country behind only Miami at the time. Pretty sure that was snapped with the 13-10 loss to TCU in 2003. That TCU loss was a tough one, Brian Fisher almost saved the day.

EDIT: Looked it up. USF lost at home to Hofstra, 42-23, on November 13, 1999. They wouldn't lose at home again until the aforementioned loss to TCU on October 10, 2003. Since that TCU game, USF is 34-21 at home - that's 26-12 under Leavitt, 8-9 under Holtz.

I think I remember being at that TCU game - wasn't L.T. playing for them then? Heisman candidate?

No...I do remember their defense sacking Ronnie Banks 10 times though
