I agree. I haven't posted much since the loss to Rutgers because even though I'm seriously pissed about that performance, I am trying not to be too negative about the rest of the season. We'll see how the next few games go.

The first loss of any season stings the worst. We need to beat Ball st and Temple then give everything we have after the bye against Lousiville.

Seasons aren't played in a vacuum. If we hadn't had such an epic flop last year, followed by the inexplicable contract extension for our head coach, I am not sure folks would be in such a frenzy. The team performance (or lack thereof) last Thursday was eerily similar to last year. Especially on the heels of last season and especially the way we finished against Rutgers, I think many are (rightfully) questioning both our coaching staff's ability to motivate players and the heart of this team.

get over it..people are dissapointed the same **** is happening. It seems our team was more physical, and more dynamic under a coach who we considered not good enough to take us to the next level. its starting to seem Leavitt really was a good coach but we gotta see some changes or expect alot of the same.

Watching the Skip Holtz show this week gives me hope.....he is such a great coach....we just need to execute the gameplans better

Will help what? How convincing can a win against a middle of the pack MAC team be? Ball St is ranked 105th by Sagarin.

Losses to FSU and Miami and another losing season in conference and it will be ugly for season tickets next season. We can head it off by winning but the first 3 games have a lot of shades of last season.
