I think my favorite part of all this was listening to his interview on the radio feed right after the game ended. Just completely raw emotion, I almost cried listening to him crying LOL

USF record for a WR. But the guy tossing those bombs deserves some credit. Threw 2 50 yard bombs for TDs in the last 3 minutes!

Yeah and our staff too, for letting BJ just throw the **** ball. Some of us thought that component had to be in his game with these thoroughbreds at wideout. Glad to see BJ throw the long ball and Dunk and Davis get 'em.

It should be automatic, if Davis gets man coverage, he runs the go route and BJ fires it up to give him a chance. That should be a no brainer.

Glad he decided to stay home and make a big impact in a very short time.

And as the Bulls prepare for a national spotlight Thursday night with Rutgers in town and ESPN's audience tuning in, the Jefferson grad is proud to represent his hometown in a key Big East opener.

"It's awesome to be able to be from Tampa and to come to USF and be a part of something so big in Tampa," Davis said. "It means a lot to me, because I can come out here and do it for my hometown, my home city."
