Whatever themed brew you choose though, remember to accompany it with a MoonPie. Is that a Tennessee thing? Never thought of that. Chattanooga is the home of the MoonPie, one of the basic southern food groups when served along with an RC Cola. But MoonPies go with anything. When I went up to Nashville for the tournament, I made sure we stopped in downtown Chattanooga so we could go to the Moonpie store. It may have been 10am and the moonpies were our breakfast from driving all night, but we have no regrets.

I've had the joy of drinking hopping frog (Cincinnati), some tea flavored vodka that was supposedly brewed in South Carolina, Moonshine from West Virginia etc, etc. I have realized that getting alcohol from the local area of a school is a hell of a lot more difficult than one would think. I was hoping to find 1816 Chattanooga Whiskey but so far no luck. But aside from my whining, I am in. This should be a weekly topic. Mods? Lynchburg is only about 60 miles away. Close enough for us to go with the JD
