He said that he won back to back championships at E Carolina with less talent than the rest of the conference and at USF he has a ton of talent. Based upon last year: 7 wins is an improvement I'd like to start there Sad as it is to say, I agree with this 100% Maybe based on the record, but if you compare based on talent (which is fair to do in the offseason), and based on project ability, we should be favored in the BE. Who has as much talent as us now that WVU is gone? Louisville? No way. We under performed a ton last year losing many close games and getting very unlucky. You could say we should've been 2 games better if BJ didn't get hurt. We were seconds from beating Miami with Evald in the clutch, and a loss to Lousiville with Evald starting and a crowd of about 1K. Just those 2 games I think would change a lot of peoples view going into this season. Not to mention a W vs WVU, and UConn which were both ours to win and we gave them away.
