After living in Cincy about a year, you may see him come back.  That place absolutely sucks compared to Florida.  I've travelled all over and it's got to be one of the places I dread most when I know I need to go there.

 

Spent a lot of time there and across the bridge in Covington and not sure I'd choose to live there either but you never know what triggers these guys' decisions ...

Even so, he wouldn't be allowed to transfer within the conference to USF.

After a year what are the odds either of us is in the same conference still? ;)

Odd that Cinci would let him transfer in conference.  
 

Tuberville also confirmed @JesuitFootball alum Travis Johnson has transferred. I've heard UCF but haven't confirmed.
