Beer would be good I guess. I dont know if Aramark can do that though.

My vote would be for something unique. Something special to USF and the Bulls. Something exclusive to USF and that said sport.

Example, a Diamond Burger at baseball games. idk what would be in it, it doesnt matter. But it should be unique. Not just patty, cheese, ketchup, etc.

No need for gourmet, but food truck style stuff. Something special, unique, easy to make, with character. Give each specific sporting venue its own character.

Rocky Mountain oysters aren't particularly good. I'm not sure many people eat them except as sort of a gag. (gag... ha!)

green buns for burgers and dogs or green mayo or something like that so you can have green (mayo) and gold (mustard) on your burgers... relish and mustard for dogs would be cool... also i think you can get ketchup green too... you can do a lot with color dye so why not?

1.) Green or Gold Beer... pick your poision

2.) Custom game related food choices...

i.e. if we are playing WVU then the menu should have Fried Mullet on it... if we are playing the Gayturds then have Gators Bites... if we are playing Miami then have Ibis wings... etc.

You can't do it with all of the mascots, but you can do it for about 90% of them.
