Shouldn't be difficult to get FSU or UF in for the first game.

A) We'll never get the Gators out of the swamp, unless it's a one-game deal played at the Forum with a 50-50 split of the gate.

We're talking basketball here. They have come to the Sun Dome on multiple occasions.

I don't think it would be difficult to secure a home and home with them.

The last time we played the Gators was in Gainesville during the 2002-2003 season. The last time the came to the SunDome was the 2001-2002 season, and the time prior to that was the 1995-1996 season.

Okay, they do travel outside of the swamp, but its usually to go play bigger programs up north.

Aside from FSU (their rival) they don't like to play true road games. Look at UCF, they got a one game neutral game at Amway Arena. Same with Stetson. I don't want to play the Gators at the Forum.

Just got back from the open house. Building is unreal. Anywhere in the first level is going to be great seating. Weird to see UCF/UH/Temple/SMU/Memphis banners already hung. And John Lewis is the man!
