What makes you think that Lynch or Culpepper would be good ADs?

what does an AD do that makes you think they couldn't be?

Vandy doesn't even have one

I don't know if he would be good or not. I was just wondering why the OP thought he would be.

honestly i don't think ADs do anything all that difficult. I guess OOC schedule maybe. that can't be that difficult. coaching searches?? even then we still hired an outside consultant to find a football coach.

I may be wrong but I think the consultant is like a corporate headhunter, just giving you the best options ...

So anyone have an realistic or logical recommendations for a new AD?

I think lack of experience/person not knowing what to do is what got us here!

This is getting ******* ridiculous ... Lack of experience? Was there a better choice than Holtz available when Doug made the hire? Were they ANY on here ******** about that hire at the time? Even the Leavitt supporters didn't have a problem with it

what type of experience do you need? it's not rocket science. selmon did fine by us and he didn't have any experience.

Selmon did have experience, in charming and swaying people. I don't see that in Lynch
