what type of experience do you need? it's not rocket science. selmon did fine by us and he didn't have any experience.

Selmon hired McCullum ... in before one of the Dark Siders jumped on it.

how so? law professor at vandy can do it. sorry but you don't have to have the personality of a car salesman to be an AD.

I heard form numerous people Mike Alstott is a jerk.

How about Trent Dilfer. Dude is charasmatic and watched by millions every week on ESPN. Obviously very well known in Tampa.
