......absolutely no one. I just made it up. Would have been great news, though.

Thought everyone could use a little fun in their day. Been a bit stressful with the past few weeks due to conference expansion, football performance drop-off, etc.

Wouldn`t have been believable anyway. Neither school has the academic bonafides to join the B1G.

Big 10 contacts USF and UL...

Big 10 contacted UL to tell them that the Cardinal was the state bird of Indiana; and therefore, they would be petitioning UL to change the name of it's mascot.

Big 10 also contacted USF to tell them that Michigan State has clearly decided to wear all green with gold helmets, and that USF should cease and desist using that color scheme from now on.

They have scheduled a news conference for tomorrow, which will be canceled later today. Meanwhile, Tater Head, has drawn up a plan, whereby all the other conferences would quit stealing his toys. He would also like to invite Harvard and Yale to loan the big East some test scores to use for for the APR. In unrelated news even UConn wants to leave the Big East.
