My favorite target for 2013. This is a young man who has his head screwed on right. No song and dance, but a lot of talent. Welcome to the Bulls Mr. Woulard

ShareWinter Park (Fla.) quarterback Asiantii Woulard has ended his recruitment by committing to South Florida today.

Woulard posted on twitter: "Just committed to the University of South Florida ! I'm officially a bull . #gobulls"

After not signing a quarterback last year, Woulard was the Bulls top target heading into the offseason. Originally he was going to make his decision on Signing Day, but after talking it over with his coaches, he decided to pull the trigger today.

"It was a very spontaneous decision. They've been my number one school for a long time, so I decided not to wait any longer. USF is only taking one or two quarterbacks, I figured it was a good time to end it."

Woulard called QB's coach Todd Fitch to inform him of his decision.

"He was real surprised. I told him and then I could barely understand what he was saying. He was really happy I made my decision."

After making the decision, Woulard says he feels relieved.

"I feel super-duper relieved. You want your college choice to be perfect and that causes a lot of stress and I felt the time was right and I was ready to do it."

Woulard says he feels this is his final decision. He will take a couple official visits, but doesn't think anything will sway him away from USF.

Same reason Bivins and others have gone on them. Free trips to different parts of the country that some recruits may never get the chance to go to. It's a no brainer if you think about it in the proper context.

I'm pretty sure that CSH will take a 2nd QB in this class, but I think Woulard will stick with USF.

"I knew I wanted South Florida and they were number one on my list, so why wait and take a chance on them signing one or two quarterbacks and then [hoping] they take another one," Woulard said. "That's where I wanted to go anyways, so I figured why wait. I'll just give them a verbal now and be the first [quarterback commit.]"
