Saw a later tweet that he was in full pads and returned to the game.

Tyler Cameron back in full pads. Is going to play in second half. 14-6 park Vista over Jupiter. Start of 3rd quarter

Source tells me Jupiter QB Tyler Cameron, a #USF commit, visited Purdue this weekend. Confirmed by @RivalsCNee.

Hope he doesn't get destroyed before making it on campus.

Also hope he doesn't pick up bad habits behind his poor offensive line.

This isn't a good sign.

Purude

Why? Kids take visits all the time after giving verbals, it's basically a free vacation for them.  Also, Purdue has 2 QB commits already.

Though it's a nice campus, it does not offer what USF and Tampa provides.

Purdue? Don't they raise chickens or something?

It's fine that this kid is visiting Purdue. It's Purdue. If they steal him away, we're bad recruiters.

"For me, I never considered it that way (as a stepping stone), honestly. When I was offered the head job at South Florida, and I'm sincere about this, I never thought I would ever go anywhere."

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."

    Terry Lucas, 09/26/22
