Miami is gonna get to not liking us.

Nice get for you guys.

We are really focused on Rainey and the JuCo TE.  That will probably be our 2.

Not bothered in the least, we have a strong class already.  Plus, this kid's 40 time is 4.9?  Yikes.

Those grapes were sour anyway.  :lmao

Believe what you will.  I've wanted Rainey all along, he's faster.

In all my years at Miami (since 86), I've never seen us build a class this quickly.  We will be over 20 guys before Summer practice starts.

Believe me, no need from Miami fans to worry about USF's recruiting class.  We will be Top 10, possibly Top 5 when all is said and done.  We're gunning for F$U, not USF.

Guess, that will be different when you take that oh so long trip back across Alligator Alley this fall. If your after FSU, why not go and troll them.

The PRICE is right! Go Bulls! Now Tyler Cameron & Jacob Guy can go ahead and commit this week edn

I like the way your thinking. Those guys are my favorite QB recruits from what I've seen. I would also like to see Devo Montgomery take the plunge as well.  That would really make it a great recruiting season for skill positions.

I mean Eveld, Matt Floyd, Tyler Cameron, & Jacob Guy on your roster adding all those linemen we're bringing in...we can't go wrong! don't sleep on Darryl Richardson either!

Hurricane Mutiny is probably one of the biggest tools I've ever "met" but in this case he's right.

We just sound like buffoons if we're going to claim that we're affecting the recruiting efforts of Miami very much.

AA also has the story:

Bulls land top tight end prospect Price

Posted Jun 24, 2011 by Adam Adkins

Updated Jun 24, 2011 at 07:12 PM

The USF football team picked up a commitment for the 2012 recruiting class Friday from one of the nation’s top tight end prospects, getting a verbal pledge from Citra North Marion High’s Sean Price.

Price, who is 6-foot-3 and 238 pounds, is ranked the nation’s fifth-best player at his position – and the nation’s 190th prospect overall – by Rivals.com and 12th best tight end prospect by Scout.com. He held scholarship offers from close to 40 Division I programs, including each of the last three BCS national champions – Florida, Alabama and Auburn.

What ultimately led Price to believe USF was the right fit was the relationship with his primary recruiter, receivers coach Phil McGeoghan, coupled with a campus visit Thursday.

“First of all, coach McGeoghan, he was my first coach who recruited me and, you know, after a while when somebody keeps recruiting you ever since you’re young and they haven’t backed off yet and it keeps getting stronger and stronger, you tend to feel like, ‘Wow, this guy is really interested in me, he really has faith in my talent,’†Price said.

“After visiting yesterday with all the coaches on the staff and getting to know (tight ends) coach (Larry) Scott, coach McGeoghan and (head) coach (Skip) Holtz better, I just felt at home. I talked to a couple of the players, and the players are like brothers it seems like. I can possibly play my freshman year, and it’s just a place where my heart told me I needed to be.â€

Price, who said he won’t be among the group of prospects heading to USF’s SuperBull event Saturday, said he is still planning to take his official visits before signing day in February, but maintained his commitment is solid.

Price becomes USF’s fifth reported commitment for 2012, joining Pensacola cornerback Jalen Spencer, Admiral Farragut safety Rayshawn Jenkins, Union Grove (Ga.) cornerback D.J. White and Fort Lauderdale University School defensive end Daniel Perry.

yeah, that's right, they were passing on the Number 5 TE in the country. Might have been higher than that when he finished camps a senior year after adding all the muscle. Yeah, that's the ticket.

Oh and Rainey that he says they are now on, is a lock to USCe.There is nothing "right" about his statement.

Bill, just stop man. Price is the biggest recruit we've pulled so far and I'm pumped that he verballed today, but Miami has been recruiting at another level compared to us so far. If Mutiny wants to be a **** and come over here and talk **** then fine, but he does have a point. They have 5 ESPN 150 Commits and 17 overall commits already. Just be excited about Price and the things to come for our team this year, and don't worry about some ***** coming over here every now and then when he gets butt hurt.
