not officially, but yes, not officially b/c it would require more bathrooms etc to support the extra capacity.

it will be in down the 3rd baseline in outfield and in the outfield from left to left center

Was watching the BullsVision coverage, and after Doug Woolard was on they showed a fly through video of the new athletic district. Got me all excited this morning.  Woolard said everything is supposed to be done by June/July (Sun Dome renovations not included).
