New article on Chickillo.

They mention USF as a darkhorse. Really sounds like Miami or UF.....possibly UNC.

Secretariat, Seabiscuit and War Admiral were all "dark horses" too ;D

I guess Miami really doesn't want any of those "kind" of Randy Shannon players. Well we will take this one off their hands for sure.

I keep hearing Miami is having recruits decommit to the program..I say good..if what I saw at the sun bowl is an example of what kind of player Randy was recruiting..you can have every last one of them back..I say start all over and at least recruit kids that give a ****...horrible attitude is on the canes..the results have very little to do with talent and more about how those players see themselves..

From the bowl thread: Haven't watched all the game but the conversation I heard about Chickillo was that he's meeting with Golden in the next couple of days and a final decision will come then ... UF was indicated a second choice but FSU creeping in because of his relationship with Wilder ....

Was also at the game last night, he is a true stud DE, he could easily have been one of the MVP's of the night... but I too heard the rumor that FSU was gaining ground on him... He is planning a visit to FSU soon  :'(

In all likelihood he's not coming here, but we've got an outside shot as long as he comes for the official visit.
