Cant have every true freshman play first year in. Half of these guys we recruit will likely be redshirted and only a small few will see the playing field.

Giddens may not red shirt, but he wont be getting 30 snaps.  probably 5-10 unless he's a freak.

I saw somewhere he is going to have a chance star next to Selvie and if not start than get some major reps.

If this kid can produce on kick returns immediately then there is no reason to redshirt. That would benefit us so much to consistently have solid field position. Not to mention have a solid chance of taking it to the house every time.

The kids that come in and improve the team immideately will play.  I hope we have a bunch of them, but most of the class will red shirt.

Mostly because he is under the radar some.   

Dude ran a 10.35 100 meter and can play football, you get people on your team like that. Who cares

if he has 2 stars, they cant look at every HS player.

He may be a 2 star, which makes me be a lil dissapointed, but then I see his 100 meter times and his stats this past year, and I say he's a diamond in a rough. Kinda like Grothe was.
