It's time for Gruden to move on. I think that he has lost the locker room. And if he stays, we will have a new QB, guarantee. (McNabb, Vick, Farve, or Kerry Collins) Love D. Brooks, but he needs to retire. He got really old fast during the season. Go Bucs.

I'm far from a Gruden fan, but he went 9-7 in a very tough division.

Firing him would be foolish

With Kiffen leaving, I think it's time for a fresh start.  Gruden's supposed to be an offensive genius, but his offenses look aweful.

Gruden was hired to turn around the offense.  He hasn't had a good offense since he got here.  If not for Kiffin keeping the defense among the best, Gruden would have been fired long ago.

It's time for Chucky to leave.

keeping him would be foolish. this team has no hope as long as gruden is head coach, seven years and for what? a superbowl his first year? division championships with early playoff exits? does that deserve him a lifetime pass? No way should he keep his job after one the biggest late season collapses in NFL history.

9-7 isn't bad in the NFC South. What they need is a young QB they can work and develop. I certainly didn't believe we were going anywhere with Garcia except for an early exit from the playoff and we didn't even get that far.

Who would ever let Tony Dungy go?  Probably one of the best guys and coaches in the NFL.

Who would ever let Tony Dungy go?

Someone who wanted to actually get to and, hopefully, win a Super Bowl before one of the best defenses in NFL history started declining .... We just made it under the wire.

...because clearly Dungy isn't capable of winning a super bowl...

He wasn't going to here .... and it took one of the top 5 qb's of the decade, if not longer, to finally get him one.
