Right caddy corner to campus is a billboard for University of Tampa advertising their graduate programs. It's the one right over the cvs near the southwest corner of campus.

Rollins has a good looking campus.

Rollins has a beautiful lakeside campus in Winter Park.

Heck..even their brand new soccer stadium...that is at the corner of Fairbanks/Park Ave in Winter Park is amazing.

Not shown in the photos...are the high arched brickways that outline the stadium along the road.

By the way, UF basketball had a billboard up on Lois Ave, on route towards the Int'l Plaza.

I think it recently came down,  but what an odd place to put a UF Bball billboard.

I'm sure the Gators have fans who live in Tampa and go to Int'l Plaza and Bay Street....Gators, Gators everywhere even in our backyard.

I was driving back to my house and in Winter Park off of I-4 there is a big "Ohio State = Gator Bait" billboard with orange and blue colors. As much as we compain about other schools have visibility in the tampa bay area, at least we dont have major billboards on our interstates celebrating their victories (to the best of my knowledge ). BTW it was a local sports radio station in orlando, I think it was between fairbanks and lee road (winter park is about 15 mins away from UCF)

Its more like 30 mins away. And yes that is another reason USF has done better than us. You dont have one of the best programs in the nation right next door. Of course we have not shown the consistent ability to win so that hasnt helped in the local area.

By the way, UF basketball had a billboard up on Lois Ave, on route towards the Int'l Plaza. Both Orlando and Tampa are flooded with UF and FSU grads, and that's not going to change anytime soon. Keep talking up USF sports in Tampa and perceptions will change.

How is UF being "next door" to UCF any more relevent then its location from tampa? They are both at least an hour away (if not more)
