how many lineman,TEs,FBs and linebackers are in 3-4-5 club?

if not all starters are in club than we are weak

who is our strength coach?

oh by the way the club includes players that can do all of the following

300 lb power clean

400 lb bench press

500 lb squat

Think Randy Moss is in the club?

Randy Moss is not a lineman, TE, FB, or LB.

Yeah Frank Davis is weak, that is effen hilarious.

You should tell big Frank that yourself. I am sure he will have a nice laugh about how weak he and his teammates are.

Where did you even get this idea smazza?

BTW, 300 lb power clean, 400 lb bench, and 500lb squat are not comparable at all.  Many very strong lineman cannot power clean that much, because of the explosion and quickness required, 500 lb squat is nothing for a big lineman, and is much less impressive than a 400 bench.

Exactly I could squat +600 by my soph year in high school. Although 300lb power clean isnt all that much either. I was doing about 240 my junior year (in competition). I would imagine our lineman could all accomplish these goals. The 400lb bench also should be a very attainable mark.

Smazza doesnt even know if one or all of our lineman fit this club, he's just blowing smoke.

When I played, almost every single OL and DL was at or above a 400 bench except a very few.  As far as I can remember, every one was over 600 squat.  Power cleans I don't remember as well but I would say a majority are, but the problem with power cleans is the technique involved.  A lot of guys are big, powerful, and explosive but can't seem to figure out the technique for power cleans.

Now Smazza may be on to something that I have been noticing alittle.  If you look at our roster numbers for height and weight, we are comparable to almost anybody in the country.  But when you see us in real life its a different ball game.  For the most part, a lot of our guys look smaller muscularly than our opposition, again with exceptions.  The current strength coach was a grad asst. when I was their and he knows his stuff, but I'm not seeing the progression muscle wise on the field I would like.  But maybe its just me being picky.

He needed to keep his post numbers up. They were slipping.
