You might get an hours worth of pleasure, but that money is gone. I would set up an endowed fund that would pay in perpetuity, or until whatever new scheme they come along with, then have it roll over to that. Wouldn't spend money on big cars, huge mansions, or jewelry. Would have a nice apartment in Vancouver, and one in Tokyo.
