Sounds like a lot of it is forest preserve that probably can't be developed.  I like the "main street" idea for student entertainment to walk to from campus.  That was the one area that has always been lacking at USF that most major campuses have across the street and is walkable.

That is a worldwide trend. You see the same all over the world. I am part of that new generation where people no longer are pressured to marry and have children. More and more of us are deciding not to have children. I think this is a positive trend.

It's not that bad of a walk. Maybe 10 - 15 depending on what area from The Claw one would be coming from.

The way I play golf the 8th hole was a 15 minute walk.  

 

Only played there once and just remember it was a bad round.

Tell South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa that. They're massively increasing in population and are frequently overlooked when people think of "all over the world".
