Is it considered a "sellout" if they don't open the 300 level and fill the remaining seats?  Would the perception be of more value and drive demand for future games and season tickets?

They're usually sold as these guys know what they're doing with price adjustments as we get closer.

Good day of sales yesterday and last night by the looks of it.

300 level seats are being sold and the overflow student area will be in the 300 level as well.
