I have a few others I would nominate. 

Just wanted to give Golesh some love here in the offseason. Not only do I love how year 1 played out, recruiting, all of it, but the guy is just a great fit in Tampa and I hope we get many many more Golesh Greats in 2024.

I would nominate the line about being a food guy and finding out we had a Portillo's.

Also Golesh stating that he is not a Papa Roach guy.

I feel like the whole season culimanted in this one here, definitley one of my favorites.  I could probably find some more.  I'll need to change my coach quote signature.

EDIT:  I also love the hype video from the bowl whee he said "When this team plays for each other, aint nobody in the country can stop us..."  or something like that.
