a little more calm after watching us shoot ourselves in the foot earlier

overall the program seems to continue trending up

i love the fight in youngblood, the poise of reid, i like pryor

amir seems like a stready but aggressive hand

i've never seen a dominant USF basketball team and im tired of it, I hope Amir can change the program.

Coach is frustrated on the radio.  We didn't get the same whistles...true.  But he said we didn't control the controllables.  Bottom line.  Accepts the blame.

Just heard his radio post game interview. He accepted the blame but wasn't shy about calling out his players in some instances also ....... had some tongue biting about others involved, wasn't sure what the fine policy was for the league.

Totally forgot we had a game today. Don't think I'll be watching the replay.

UAB has a proud hoops tradition. Best thing about today’s game is we NEVER gave up and went away. When they went up 10, we came right back at them. That’s going to keep us competitive in almost every game this season.

another excuse respectfully

usf should consistently beat  teams like UAB in everything

This game was 100% on coaching.

Letting the team do their best Steph Curry impression will not win us the game.

We need our players to understand that points in the paint are important.

As everyone else already pointed out, at the end of the day free throw shooting of all things especially this season is what fully cooked us in this game.

Editing this post:

Bro Kobe Knox needs to work on FT shooting like come on man it's called the charity stripe not the unobtainable stripe.

funny how people act after 1 loss.

we shot 36% from 3. better get used to it old timer. it's how he is building this team.

BTW we had 24 points in the paint compared to their 28

what didn't help was that they had 21 more points from the free throw line than we did.

come on Trip.....we're a blue blood compared to UAB.

I'm amazed that some of our fans look down on other programs.

22 actually. it was a 4 pt road loss to a team that is 11-5 this year. some people need to put it in perspective.

Outscored 30 - 9 at the line .... ugh

How long you been a Bulls fan?

Sometimes it feels like much too long.  Into my 52nd year and seen a lot of hard times on the hardwood in my time.  Oh, and way, WAY too many missed free throws.

"There is no inherent fear among this group of players. The fear of failing drove the program from day one - the fear of failing the coaches, the fan base, the university, each teammate, themselves. Now, as we head into the biggest game in our history at home on a national stage against the highest ranked team to step on OUR field, the players are taking an introspective look at themselves. Unfortunately, I don't know if they get it. They lack the fear."
