Personally, I thought that call was pretty bad considering he was getting hit as he released it .... but there was a loss of down. That play occurred on 2nd and 10 with the next play being 3rd and 17 (Spot foul).

And apparently there are different rules in the Sun Belt for pass interference. Those refs didn't have a clue.

They were talking to him about the 10 second time runoff because of the penalty... which he declined.

Nobody within 10ft of my seat saw the loss of down.

Don't know what to tell you. The IG happened on 2nd and 10. Official came out and announced it as a spot foul and loss of down. The next play run was 3rd and 17. I'm guessing with the long time they took figuring out the clock run off y'all maybe thought the IG occurred on 3rd down, but it didn't.
