It is the only guy since Leavitt willing to put in the work and coach guys up. Golesh is actually trying to address the weakest  link the defense. Willy had to hire TJ to coach the offense up, he wasn't capable on his own. Scott was the worst at developing  and recruiting talent. Charlie never cared thought it was a one and done, but they he kicked to ucf's best returner taking any chance away. Holtz  was a flop and couldn't coach or recruit new blood after year one.

I'm supporting the turn around and a coach that actually wants to be a top program that will actually put in the work to get there. We finally hired an aggressive, no nonsense coach, wants to get tough in the trenches again, wants to outwork his counterparts, and that will coach guys to never quit again.  He seems to be the offensive version  of Jim Leavitt. It's year  one but it was by far the best year one of every coach at usf but Jim.
