36, I remember these guys had kind of a hit then were shamed for lip syncing and they disappeared. That’s about it though.

Since the topic is murdered already, they had two hits and apparently one is still going without lip syncing.

That is accurate, they were big when I was in college until they weren’t, the one sings ok now,  he was German and didn’t speak English well enough at the time and the producers hatched the plan to lip sync.  You can learn a lot on Tik Tok.
