How can they sue Oregon over NIL when the NIL and a University are not supposed to be financially affiliated?

I thought Title IX was to allow both genders the same access to education via scholarship.  I didn’t think it covered bathrooms, whereabouts of practice and level of luxury across all sports.  Sounds like equity mindset is creeping in.  Going to be a hoot when you cant have donors building a $50 million football training facility without also building one for women’s rowing or mens wrestling.   We need the adults to return.

These are the adults. That's why everything is completely screwed up.

The issue is women's sports do not bring in the money  or fans that men's sports do.  I don't think that will ever change in my lifetime. College football makes huge amounts of money for the schools and most sport's teams do not even break even. Most college sports are bascically funded by the Football and MBB team from media deals and ticket sales. The majority of the money colleges profit is from football.

Although college sports play a big role in bringing in money for universities, they rarely generate a positive net revenue.
Interesting that 2/11 top earners from NIL deals are females. Livvy Dunne from LSU and Angel Reese from LSU.

Who are some of the athletes to hit the NIL jackpot?

Orrrrrrrrrr we need the lawsuits to win so our lack of facilities finally plays to our advantage.

Every other team in CFB could get stuck building equally expensive facilities for all female sports, thereby draining the NIL advantage every other school has 😛

That's why the stadium is for football and lacrosse.
