Duke finished 7-5 (4-4) this year. That's the epitome of mediocre.

we finished 4-3 in conference in 2007.

2017 we essentially  moved down in conference. not up.

Like I said I think we can compete if we move up to an acc that loses it's top teams or if we move into the big 12 that is a shell of it's former self. they've already lost all the quality programs.

Yea, basically.  It's not that a team isn't good it's just a different beast to do it every week over the course of the season facing injuries, depth, most teams play poorly at some point, etc against

There's no reason why we can't compete if we move up to a conference that doesn't lose its top teams ....
