Can get legally get offers if he is not in the portal? Isn't that tampering? The whole portal stuff  combined with nil is ruining college football more and more each year. So much shady stuff going on. Coaches recruit use nil money then claim they don't pay players to come there.

I made a chart of how we have been using the transfer portal. So far we are on track for the amount of incoming and outgoing in 2020. I think after Spring camp we should get the full amount.

Yeah he hasn't been able to get playing behind at coastal or usf because he was behind studs. Hope he keeps grinding  and improving because the most important man on campus is the back up qb.

There are no rules against talking to a favorite uncle, cousin, best friend, etc. People at UF knew Etienne was going to Georgia two weeks before he entered the portal.

As of now, legal is in the eye of the beholder and varies from state to state.

I thought no more players were to be added, but there has been a few. Maybe they filed yesterday, and the recruiting website just aded today ...?
