I don't understand why the team is looking worse not better this late in season that's most upsetting about what we are watching.

He doesn’t know how to make adjustments. His playbook hasn’t opened up and teams know what we running. We don’t have enough talent to out talent teams. Game planning is lacking. We seem to come out the same way every week, which makes me think practices probably aren’t helping much. The players aren’t developing, hence similar performances

This offense is getting easy to shut down...clog up the middle and stop BB running and take away deep pass.

You nailed it. We are predictable and can’t shift. I don’t care how many plays we conduct on offense, we look horrible.

I really really don't like the tone of this being a player leadership problem, the kid coming out and talking about how they needed to do more more gives me some creepy vibes, it's clear the coach has conviced the kids this is their problem to fix.

In some sense, it is on them to fix their part, but the playcalling variety and execution is not good.  Also the defense has oddly reverted back to Jeff Scott era.
